Lectotype here designated . Current status: Conognatha ( Pithiscus ) rogersii Saunders, 1872 ( Moore & Lander, 2010 ). Comments: Saunders (1872:250) , in his original description, named the species “ rogersii ” , but the label on the syntype reads “ rogerii” , probably in Saunders’ hand. The published text being decisive, the correct name is “ rogersii ” .
