C . Smith 4581 (holo-: A00039620; iso-: BISH, BRI, K, US ). Regional distribution Fiji ; Solomon Archipelago (?), Santa Cruz Islands, Vanikoro ( BSIP 1707 , BSIP 1699 ); Vanuatu , Pentecost Island ( Wheatley 101 ). Notes Some fruiting specimens from the island of Vanikoro in the Santa Cruz group, and one from Pentecost Island in Vanuatu , appear similar to Huberantha capillata , a poorly known species from Fiji . They are referred to the species with some doubt.
