(2012: 172) ; duplicate in BM excluded] Etymology: Named after the type collector Sir Joseph Dalton Hooker (1817–1911), a British botanist and explorer, who served as the second director of the Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew, succeeding his father, William Jackson Hooker. Distribution: Nepal ( type ) and China ( Yunnan : D.G. Long 33796 (E!) [sample used for analysis in Ho et al. 2012 )]. Sikkim is excluded, see label of the type ( Fig. 1 ) and discussion in Ho et al.
