Description.
Dorsum unmarked brown, crown blackish; frons pale brown, clypellus darker, at least at base; tegmina pale brown, each with 4 unaligned white spots, 2 on costa (the second large and triangular) and 2 on contrasting blackish apical band; transverse preapical pale band inconspicuous with at least a trace of red. Styles as in
M. mutans
