Remarks. This species has been associated with the Chacoan and Parana phytogeographic dominions in Brazil ( Ruschel et al . 2023 ) with the majority of records in the southern part of the Parana dominion. The new records extend northward through the Chacoan and Parana dominions as outlined by Ruchel et al . (2023) based on the Neotropical divisions of Morrone et al . (2022) . Distribution. The species was previously known only from Rio Grande do Sul , Brazil ( Ruschel et al . 2023 ). The range is extended here northward into the states of S ã o Paulo and Minas Gerias, Brazil .
