Diagnosis.
FEMALE. Clypeus posteriorly with broad, flattened, V-shaped, strong carina. Mandible apically bidentate. Metasomal tergum 1 posteriorly with fringe of fuscous setae. Head and metasoma black, mesosoma and legs ferruginous-red. Tergum 2 posteriorly and tergum 3 with band of yellow setae, latter linger than on tergum 2, former not widened medially. Body length 6.3–9.0 mm. MALE unknown.
