Body length 3.5 mm , fore wing length 3.0 mm and antenna length 4.1 mm . Antenna with 27 flagellomeres. Median flagellomeres approximately 3 x longer than wide. Occipital carina arms rather straight on either side of midline, forming an angle, medially narrowly obliterated. Mesopleuron largely aciculate, precoxal sulcus foveate-rugose, specular area large and glossy. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina complete. Fore wing vein 1-M strongly curved. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.2 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.5 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1.1 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.5 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 0.7 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu absent. Apex of hind tibia with comb of specialised adpressed setae medially and ventrally. Claws without conspicuous pecten. Basal lobe of 1 st tergite weakly produced and evenly rounded. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite well differentiated and complete. Etymology.
