Body length 4.3 mm , fore wing length 3.4 mm and antenna length more than 4.5 mm . Antenna incomplete, 34 flagellomeres remaining. Median flagellomere 4 to 5 x longer than wide. Occipital carina incomplete mediodorsally. Mesopleuron largely aciculate, anteriorly with longitudinally aligned rugulosity, precoxal sulcus moderately coarsely rugose, specular aea largely shiny though still with some faint aciculation present. Propodeum with complete midlongitudinal carina. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 4.25 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.7 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 0.8 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.35 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.3 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu effectivly absent, only indicated by very faint fold slightly postfurcal. Apex of hind tibia without comb of specialised adpressed setae. Claws without conspicuous pecten. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite weakly produced, rounded. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite complete. Etymology. In reference to the virtual absence of the dark mark on middle part of body.
