( Fig. 41 ) Holotype , Thailand (voucher AL0026, Genbank JF962708 ) ( BMNH ). Body length 4.5 mm , fore wing length 3.5 mm and antenna length 5.0 mm. Antenna with 38 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere pointed. Median flagellomeres 2.5 x longer laterally than wide. Frons with transverse striation behind antennal sockets and well-developed pit in front of stemmaticum. Occipital carina complete (or virtually so) forming a point mediodorsally, ventrally joining hypostomal carina at acute angle. Mesopleuron rather coarsely rugulose with strong tendency to longitudinal striation, precoxal sulcus deeply impressed with a few vertical striae, speculum absent. Propodeum coarsely sculptured, with complete midlongitudinal carina. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 2.35 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.7 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1.1 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.8 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.35 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu weakly indicated by a short pigmented fold, antefurcal. Hind coxa strongly transversely striate basally. Apex of hind tibia without comb of specially modified setae medially. Claws without conspicuous pecten. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite moderately large, convex anteriorly, concave posteriorly. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite not differentiated. Etymology. In reference to the pale central metasomal mark.
