Body length 7.0 mm, fore wing length 7.0 mm and antenna length

. Antenna with 61 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere pointed. Median flagellomeres oblique, approximately as wide as laterally long. Occipital carina complete mediodorsally, ventrally joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron shiny, largely densely punctate with deep broad precoxal sulcus that is coarsely rugose dorsally, speculum absent, specular area evenly punctate. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina irregular but complete except at extreme posterior end. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 0.85 x 1-CU1. Fore wing subbasal cell glabrous from midlength on anterior half, and fully glabrous distally. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.85 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 0.75 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.55 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.55 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell glabrous on anterior half. Hind wing vein m-cu short, pigmented, far antefurcal. Apex of hind tibia without comb of specialised setae. Claws with pecten of approximately strong dark teeth, becoming progessively more widely separated distally. Basal lobes of 1
st
tergite large and rounded. Dorsopes of 1
st
tergite very large. Midlongitudinal carina of 3
rd
tergite absent.
Etymology. In reference to the very long fore wing vein 1-CU1.
