( Fig. 79 ) Holotype , Thailand , Chaiyaphum , Pha Hin Ngam NP , dipterocarp forest, 7.ii.2007 , 15° 38.099’ N , 101° 23.921’ E , 698m , Sa-nog & Bulakaw (voucher BCLDQ00261, Genbank JF963432 ) ( QSBG ). Body length 3.1 mm , fore wing length 2.7 mm and antenna length 3.7 mm . Antenna with 31 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere cylindrical and pointed. Median flagellomeres approximately 4 x longer than wide. Occipital carina incomplete medio-dorsally, ventrally joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron largely aciculate, becoming rugulose anterodorsally, precoxal sulcus weakly impressed and with some rugulose sculpture, without speculum. Propodeum with midlongitudinal carina on anterior 0.5. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.3 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.55 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1.25 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.9 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.3 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu absent. Claws without conspicuous pecten. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite hardly produced. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite complete. Etymology. Glutinum is Latin for glue in reference to the condition of the holotype mounting. Notes. Hind tibia missing from holotype , the presence of an apical comb of specialised adpressed setae is therefore inferred from it’s recovery in a clade of species with a comb.
