Diagnosis:
A small
Cypridea
species
with a fairly strong rostrum and a comparatively deep, clearly delineated and high-reaching rostral sulcus. Carapace in dorsal view roundly biconvex. Posterior margin at the bottom of the larger left valve with a rounded little shield. Carapace surface thickly covered with fine but clearly prominent pore dimples.
