Description.
Male.
Body small-sized for the genus. Large spines on femora black and surface at base of the spines with black spots. (

Tenth abdominal tergum
short, slightly wider than long, hairy, without black areas; a central process prolonged, gradually narrowed, apically rounded, posterior margin without middle incision; both lateral processes shorter than central process, subtriangular, with blunt tip. (

Epiproct
short, laterally compressed, finger-shaped; apical part upcurved, without black bristles and spines on rounded apex. (

Cerci
longer than epiproct.
Subgenital plate
longer than tenth abdominal tergum; broad at base and then abruptly constricted, straight, slightly dorsally curved, deeply divided, inner margin of base with black spots. (
