[ Author’s Note: According to Ms Lisa Bartels ( CNC ), there are 26 syntypes of B. fulvus housed in the Hull collection; Hull stated at the end of the published description that there were 14 male and 15 female cotypes, in addition to the holotype and allotype , suggesting the subsequent destruction of three specimens. There are no specimens in the USNM , ( Chris Thompson , pers. comm.) despite the fact that Hull clearly stated that “ Cotypes will be deposited in the United States National Museum.”]
