Pak ( ZISP ); paratype 1 male , same locality, 13.0 7.2013 (RYB). Description. Forewing length 13 mm . Antenna bipectinate along length, processes of pecten 1,2 times longer than diameter of stem. Thorax and abdomen densely covered with grey and yellow hairs. Forewing grey with poorly developed peculiar pattern consisted of indistinct transverse pale-yellow spots in discal area of wing. Fringe pale yellow between veins, brown near veins. Hindwing patternless, pale grey, with monochrome pale yellow fringe and pale costa. Male genitalia. Uncus broad, with semicircular apex; tegumen medium-sized; branches of gnathos long, thin; gnathos medium-sized, poorly sclerotized, smooth; valvae rather short, narrow, symmetrical, with lanceolate apex, distal third of valva membranous, costal edge with poorly developed process with uneven edge; processes of transtilla with stout base, triangle, short, with blunt tips; juxta very small, saddle-shaped; saccus small; aedeagus thin, slightly shorter than valva, slightly curved in distal third, gradually converges caudally, with askew pointed apex, pore of vesica in dorso-apical position, 1/3 aedeagus length; vesica without cornuti. Female unknown. Diagnosis . Semagystia bamiani is most similar to the widely distributed and sympatric S. agilis . The new species differs from the latter by the following characters: grey wings, poorly developed pale pattern, short processes of pecten (three times longer than antenna diameter in agilis ), and the structure of the male genitalia (pointed tips of transtilla processes, large gnathos, considerably longer valva in agilis ).
