Generic diagnosis
. Body small, macropterous. Fastigium of vertex conical, apex obtusely rounded, with a dorsal shallow longitudinal furrow. Pronotum short, humeral sinus distinct or indistinct. Each femur unarmed on ventral surface, tibia tympana both open. Wings very long, exceeding apices of postfemora; tegmina more or less shorter than hind wings. Male 10th abdominal tergite with a pair of processes on posterior margin or absent, small or medium-sized; cercus relatively simple, incurved generally, apex somewhat lobed and bifurcate. Male subgenital plate specialized or not; genitalia entirely membranous or feebly sclerotized. Female subgenital plate variable in shape, ovipositor relatively long and straight.
