Diagnosis.
Small leafhoppers; body not strongly depressed; overall color white or pale yellow; usually with symmetrical black spots on dorsal sclerites.
Hind
wing submarginal vein complete, two apical cells, CuA and vannal vein unbranched. Aedeagus distinctly separated from connective, usually with ventral preapical processes, style with single preapical seta.
