COMMENTS: Greenway cited the AMNH number of the holotype in the original description. The paratypes listed by Greenway are: AMNH 789549–789552 , 789554– 789557 , taken by Gilliard between sea level and 1500 ft on Mt. Batanta ( 00.53S , 130.36E , USBGN, 1982) from 16 June to 6 July 1964 and AMNH 656457 collected by Bruijn’s collectors on Batanta in 1875.
