( Figs 12F ; 14M; 15D; 15K) Description, female. Body length 4.54 mm . Head and mesosoma black; wings bi-banded; metasoma dark castaneous, lightening posterad. Head long. Mandible with five distal teeth, narrow, slightly angled, teeth not equally sized each other, step-shaped. Median clypeal lobe rounded, very short. Frons coriaceous ; antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli very small. Vertex strongly convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, densely punctured; transverse pronotal carina complete; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture fused with first metapostnotal carina; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea divided; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia spinose; claws bifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv as long as genitalia body; 2vv shorter than 1vv length, smoothly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf slightly curved forward; 2vf very slender, ventral margin angled, and with dorsal lap swollen posteriorly; 1rv slightly curved forward, ventral process large, and posterior process long; 2rv strongly curved forward. This new species differs from A. analis by having the head distinctly longer than wide; the mandible step-shaped, slightly angled with five distal teeth that are not equal-sized; the clypeus very short, with the clypeal carina low and with the dorsal margin straight; the antennal scrobe ecarinate; the eye elongate; the ocelli large; the vertex straight; the metapostnotal-propodeal suture fused with the first metapostnotal carina; and the mesopleuron with the lower fovea and mesopleural suture closed, whereas A. analis has the head as long as wide; the mandible angled with four distal teeth with the two upper teeth wider than the others; the clypeus short, with the carina high and with dorsal margin arched; the antennal scrobe carinate; the eye not elongate; the ocelli small; the vertex convex; the metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; and the mesopleuron with the lower fovea and mesopleural suture opened.
