Diagnosis:

rufocephala
can be easily recognized by its red-brown head. Furthermore, it differs from other species of the genus in its white hind trochanters, clypeus and labrum, black fore and middle trochanters, black abdomen without white spots, cell 2Rs distinctly shorter than 1Rs, petiole of hind anal cell only half length of cu-a; middle serrulae low and oblique, and subbasal teeth minute.
