Cylapus ( Cylapus ) labeculosus : CARVALHO (1957) : 30 (catalog). Peltidocylapus labeculosus : CARVALHO & FONTES (1968) : 276 (list); SCHUH (1995) : 32 (catalog); SCHUH (2013) (catalog); GORCZYCA (2006b) : 18 (catalog). Type material (not examined). BRAZIL : AMAZONAS: , “Amazonas (Fonteboa)” ( NHRS ) ( Fig. 4 ). Remarks. Amapacylapus labeculosus is very similar to A. amapariensis in both having practically identical dorsal coloration ( Figs 1, 2, 4 , 23, 25 ) and body length and it seems very likely that they are conspecific. Further studies, including examination of the holotype of A. labeculosus , are needed to confirm or reject their synonymy. Distribution . Brazil (Amazonas) ( BERGROTH 1922 ).
