( Figs 1m –p , 6 ) Description. Crown pale yellow, with blackish brown patterns. Eyes gray. Face pale yellow. Other external characters as in generic description ( Figs 1m , n, o, p ). Abdominal apodemes extend to posterior margin of sternite III ( Fig. 6b ). Anal tube short ( Fig. 6a ). Pygofer lobe with posterior margin rounded, with few microsetae and several microtrichia scattered on dorsal and ventral parts in caudal half ( Fig. 6a ). Characteristics of dorsal appendage, style and connective as in generic description ( Figs 6a, c, d, e, f ). Subgenital plate short and robust, with about 4 macrosetae in the middle ( Fig. 6a ). Aedeagal shaft slightly curved dorsad, with pair of basal appendages extremely long and narrower than shaft ( Figs 6g , h ). Measurement. Male 2.40mm , female 2.45mm . Material examined. Holotype : ♁, CHINA , Hunan Prov. , Chenzhou, Mount Mang , 2020.VII, coll. Deliang Xu ; Paratypes : 1♁ 1♀ , same data as holotype . Remarks. This new species is similar to Shibinga nigra Song, Yuan & Jiang , but has the pygofer lobe with posterior margin rounded, and the aedeagal shaft of uniform width and bent dorsad from the middle in lateral view. Shibinga nigra Song, Yuan & Jiang has the pygofer lobe with the posterior margin indented, and the aedeagal shaft triangular and slightly curved dorsad in lateral view. Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from Latin words “ gracilis ” and “ processus ” referring to the slim aedeagal shaft basal appendages.
