Habitat : on diverse types of forests, like moist, monsoon and secondary forests, on pastures, limestone escarpments and rocky calcareous soils, 400-600 m elevation. Distribution: Indian Ocean ( Comoros , Seychelles ), Peninsular Malaysia , Philippines , Indonesia , Timor-Leste , New Guinea , northern Australia to the Pacific Islands.
