We have not examined any specimens of this species, but the presence of this species in Iraq is plausible based on its known global distribution, the map records indicated by Gusenleitner and Schwarz (2002) , and the presence of this species in neighbouring Turkey . Distribution. East Mediterranean, from Italy to Crimea, Turkey , the Levant, Iraq ( Gusenleitner and Schwarz 2002 ).
