Distribution in Europe :Norway, Sweden, Finland, Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Belarus, France, Austria, Hungary, Ukraine, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland. Remarks : A. quadrum needs sunny, moist to wet, usually mesotrophic sites, mainly calcareous sedge fens and non-fertilized peat and straw meadows (Nickel 2002 ). Recent findings in Austria support Lysimachia vulgaris as being the host plant of this leafhopper (Nickel &Kunz unpubl.).
