Holotype female not seen (in NMSA).
Diagnosis.
Arista with the longest hairs at least twice as long as basal diameter of arista; 2 pairs of reclinate orbitals; dorsocentrals 2+4; katepisternals 2+2; fore tibia without a submedian posterior seta; mid femur with 2 posterior preapical setae; mid tibia with 1 posterior seta; hind femur with 2 anteroventral setae, in apical third; abdomen brown, tergites 3 and 4 laterally with 2 small light brown spots.
