Description, female.
Body length
3.61 mm
. Head with golden-green reflection; mesosoma with golden-green reflection; wings bi-banded; metasoma dark castaneous. Head long. Mandible with five distal teeth, narrow and slightly angled, with two upper teeth wider than others. Median clypeal lobe rounded, short. Frons
coriaceous
; antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli very small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly
coriaceous
; transverse pronotal carina present, incomplete; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea opened; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma not developed; Rs&M vein not distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws trifid. Metasomal segments glabrous.
Genitalia.
T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv longer than genitalia body; 2vv as long as half of 1vv length, smoothly narrowing apicad; 3vv long; 1vf strongly curved forward; 2vf slender and with dorsal lap swollen posteriorly; 1rv not curved, ventral process large, and posterior process long; 2rv not curved.

Remarks.
This new species differs from
A. bradleyi
by having the mandible narrow, and with its two lower teeth wider than others; the eye large; the frontal angle of the ocellar triangle acute and the ocelli large; the pronotal disc as long as wide and without a transverse pronotal carina and posterior pronotal sulcus; the metapostnotum with all carinae complete; the forewing bi-banded; and the mesotibia not spinose, whereas
A. bradleyi
has the mandible wide, slightly angled, and step-shaped with five distal teeth; the eye small; the frontal angle of the ocellae forming a right angle and the ocelli very small; the pronotal disc as long as wide and with a transverse pronotal carina and posterior pronotal sulcus; the metapostnotum with all carinae incomplete; the forewing subhyaline; and the mesotibia spinose.
