A partial frontlet, FM-2026, from Str-1 has been referred to this recently erected species, the
type
locality of which is Kalimantsi, not far from Strumyani.

The genus itself seems to have a restricted range, been definitely present in
Greece
at Pikermi and Samos only, although it may extend to
Afghanistan
and
China
(
Geraads
et al.
2006b
), but is unknown west of
Bulgaria
and
Greece
.
