(ŘṪff⁂ặ) Figs 7–9 , 13 Type material. Holotype J ( MHBU ), CHINA : Hunan Province : Shaoyang City , Suining Co. , Ganchong Vill. ( 26°29’59.15”N , 110°8’1.12”E , 460 m a.s.l. ), 19.11.2023 , leg. S. Shi. Paratypes : 7♀ ( MHBU ), with same data as holotype . Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the type locality; noun in apposition. Diagnosis. The new species resembles O. shennongjia Mu & Zhang, 2023 in having a similarly shaped embolus, copulatory openings and connecting tubes, but can be recognized by: 1) tegular apophysis with curved tip (vs straight tip, cf. Fig. 8B–C and fig. 38B–C in Mu & Zhang [2023] ), 2) retrolateral tibial apophysis knife-shaped (vs clavate, cf. Fig. 8B–D and fig. 38B–D in Mu & Zhang [2023] ), 3) conductor digitiform (vs rectangular, cf. Fig. 8B, C and fig. 38B, C in Mu & Zhang [2023] ). Description. Male ( Holotype ): total length 3.24, carapace 1.58 long, 1.35 wide; abdomen 1.56 long, 1.09 wide. Eye sizes and interdistances:AME 0.09, ALE 0.09, PME 0.08, PLE 0.10; AME–AME 0.05, AME–ALE 0.02, ALE– ALE 0.27, PME–PME 0.14, PME–PLE 0.08, PLE–PLE 0.40, ALE–PLE 0.11. EAW 0.60, CRW 0.86, EAW/CRW 0.70, CRW/CW 0.64. MOA 0.25 long, anterior width 0.22, posterior width 0.29. CH 0.15, CH /AME 1.67. Labium 0.16 long, 0.21 wide. Sternum 0.91 long, 0.82 wide. Leg measurements: Ⅰ 5.96 (1.69, 0.45, 1.97, 1.22, 0.63), II 4.98 (1.34, 0.38, 1.46, 1.15, 0.65), III 3.92 (1.03, 0.37, 0.89, 1.06, 0.57), IV 6.67 (1.77, 0.44, 1.66, 1.95, 0.85). Spination: femora I–IV d 1, I pl 4, II pl 2, tibiae Ⅰ pv 8 rv 8, II pv 7 rv 7, metatarsi Ⅰ pv 4 rv 4, II pv 4 rv 3. Coloration. Carapace yellow, with two black longitudinal stripes. Chelicerae with three promarginal and five retromarginal teeth. Sternum longer than wide, shield-shaped. Legs yellow, with black distal annulations near tip of femora, patella and tibiae. Abdomen black, with a pair of triangular yellowish spots anterior beside dorsal scutum, irregular yellowish spots at middle part, and chevron stripe posteriorly; venter with H-shaped mark, three pair of slanting marks ( Fig. 7A–B ). Palp as in Figs 8A–D , 9A–D . Femoral apophysis well developed, near at middle of femur. Tibia half as long as femur, prolateral tibial apophysis distinct, triangular; retrolateral tibial apophysis as long as tibia, knife-bladeshaped, extending towards cymbium ( Figs 8B ). Tegular apophysis clavate, with a slightly curved tip. Sperm duct distinct, U-shaped. Embolus hook-shaped ( Figs 8B–C , 9B–C ). Conductor digitiform in ventral view ( Figs 8B , 9B ). Female ( paratype ): total length 3.58, carapace 1.75 long, 1.60 wide; abdomen 1.80 long, 1.47 wide. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.12, ALE 0.11, PME 0.08, PLE 0.09; AME–AME 0.06, AME–ALE 0.02, ALE–ALE 0.31, PME–PME 0.13, PME–PLE 0.08, PLE–PLE 0.45, ALE–PLE 0.09. EAW 0.62, CRW 0.97, EAW/CRW 0.64, CRW/CW 0.61. MOA 0.27 long, anterior width 0.27, posterior width 0.32. CH 0.13, CH /AME 1.08. Labium 0.21 long, 0.28 wide. Sternum 1.07 long, 0.92 wide. Leg measurements: Ⅰ 6.91 (1.80, 0.52, 2.26, 1.64, 0.69), II 5.79 (1.60, 0.52, 1.67, 1.34, 0.66), III 4.61 (1.33, 0.49, 1.00, 1.15, 0.64), IV 7.71 (2.14, 0.55, 1.89, 2.14, 0.99). Spination: femora I–IV d 1, I pl 4, II pl 3, tibiae Ⅰ pv 8 rv 8, II pv 8 rv 7, metatarsi Ⅰ pv 4 rv 4, II pv 4 rv 3. Other characters as in male, except darker color, wider longitudinal stripes on carapace and absence of dorsal scutum ( Fig. 7C, D ). Epigyne as in Figs 8E–F , 9E–F . Median septum distinct, anteriorly wider. Copulatory openings round, located anterior, separated by more than two times of spermatheca diameter. Glandular appendages short, mastoid-shaped. Bursae large, covering more than half of epigynal plate, kidney-shaped. Copulatory ducts slanting, slightly longer than wide. Connecting tubes arc-shaped, longer than copulatory ducts. Spermathecae oval, separated about one diameter of spermatheca. Fertilization ducts located at anterior margin of spermathecae. Distribution. China ( Hunan Province ).
