Notes.
Larva generally agrees with
Saether’s (1985: 97)
species description, although, there was no mention of a spur on the procercus.
Ecology and habitat.
Larvae of this species are shredders and occur in high numbers in leaf litter.
Sampling sites.
We found the larvae inhabiting streams in all the provincial parks and districts located in our study area.
