HOLOTYPE : AMNH 803071 , adult male, collected at Sihor , 21.42N , 71.58E ( Lozupone et al., 2004: 162 ), Kathiawar Peninsula , India , on 25 January 1949 , by Walter Koelz. COMMENTS : Although Koelz (1950: 8) said that the type was deposited in AMNH, it was in fact sent to FMNH and cataloged there as FMNH 246514. It was later returned to AMNH to avoid confusion as to its whereabouts. Apparently, there was only one specimen .
