Diagnosis. Body colour brownish black. Eye 2.7 times as high as gena. Antennae brownish black. Apical scutellar seta 1.3 times as long as scutellum length. Legs brownish black, trochanters and tarsi dark brown. Wing with black Cs2, Cs2 0.8 times as long as Cs3. Tergites 1–5 pale pigmented, weakly sclerotized. Deflexed posteromedial process of male sternite 5 ( Fig. 106 ) broadly Y-shaped, only with small setulae. Materal examined. (LKLSU, in alcohol): 1 male : China , Hebei, Mt. Xiaowutai, Mt.
