Material examined. Barbados , Carlisle Bay , St. Michael , subtidal, 13°05’07.15”N , 59°36’36.90”W , 1 ♀ (ovig.), 1 Ô CW: 9.1; 10.2 mm ( BLSZ 135 ). Idem, 1 ♀ , CW: 10.2 mm ( MZUSP 40912 ) . Remarks. Specimens of Stenorhynchus seticornis were collected in crab traps that were placed on sandy bottoms (~ 4 m deep) on the west coast of Barbados . Ovigerous females were collected in September 2019 . Stenorhynchus seticornis was first reported for Barbados by Schomburgk (1848: 655) as Leptopodia sagittaria ( Fabricius, 1793 ) , who deposited the specimens of Stenorhynchus seticornis collected in Barbados to the NHM. Additionally, Rathbun (1921: 80) reported two male specimens of Stenorhynchus sagittarius collected in Barbados at depths of 36–169 m (20–94 fathoms) by the Barbados-Antigua Expedition in 1918 (USNM 58047; USNM 73401).
