Diagnosis
Males of
C. galianoae
sp. nov.
can be distinguished from
C. aemulatrix
by enlarged chelicera and a triangular and bent RTA. Females can be distinguished by an atrium wider than long and spermathecae aside of the atrium.
Etymology
The name is a matronym in honour of Maria Galiano, who has advanced salticid taxonomy in South America.
