General distribution and habitat.
Western Indian Ocean, on intertidal rocks (

Descriptive features and remarks.
Shell with four pink or grey plates, parietes tubiferous, with tiny ribs externally (
Fig. 4
e). Scutum (
Figs 4
a, b) with 10 oblique teeth on occludent margin; tergum (
Figs 4
c, d) with 6-8 depressor muscle crests. Largest specimen (ZUTC-cirri 1148) with basal diameter 40.46 mm, height 32.8 mm, orifice diameter 13.0 mm.
