( Figures 1–4 , 25–31 ) Measurement . Male, 2.90–2.98mm (including wing). Description. Body ochraceous with white stripe thin on vertex; eyes tawny; central disc of pronotum darker. Face brown with apical margin ocherous. Hind wing with CuA branched. Abdominal apodeme reaching end of 3rd abdominal sternite ( Fig. 28 ). Pygofer hook incurved ( Figs 25–26 ). Subgenital plate triangular with 5 macrosetae ( Fig. 27 ). Paramere long with basal part short ( Fig. 31 ). Connective with central lobe developed and even with dorsally bent lateral feet. Aedeagus short and pagoda-like in ventral view with dorsoatrium developed, aedeagal shaft gradually tapered toward apex. ( Figs 29, 30 ). Examined type materials. Holotype : Male , CHINA , Yunnan Province , Lincang , Sanchahe , 99.32°E , 24.08°N , 7 June 1991 , coll. Rungang Tian. Paratype : 1 Male , same data as holotype . Notes. The new species is similar to Takagioma unita Thapa, 1989 in male genitalia, but differs from it by the short aedeagal shaft and developed dorsoatrium. Etymology. The species is epithet derived from English word “ pagoda ”, referring to pagoda-like aedeagus in ventral view.
