The range of this species extends from the Saguenay River in Quebec (Larochelle 1975: 101) to east-central British Columbia (Jarrett and Scudder 2001: 383), south to northeastern New Mexico (Fall and Cockerell 1907: 158; San Miguel County, MCZ), the Texas Panhandle (Robert L. Davidson pers. comm. 2008), and the District of Columbia (Ulke 1902: 6). The records from "Georgia" (J.E. LeConte 1849: 26) and southern Louisiana (Summers 1874a: 80) need confirmation. Records.
