Antennal length unknown. In forewing crossveins Cu1-Cu2 and M3+4-Cul touching. In hindwing veins M and Cu1 almost touching; fork 1 present. Spur formula 144. This species is closest to
P. phaidra
, but the apical lobe on the posterolateral margin is more developed, the ventral keel on the phallotheca is short, and the endothecal process much larger and semicircular. The dorsum of the phallotheca is concave, but is convex in
P. phaidra
.
