Type of distribution (chorological group). Euro-Submediterranean; the species occurs from Spain and Great Britain to Finland , central European Russia , Greece , Turkey , and the western Caucasus ( Georgia ). Material examined. The species is common in the Crimea: widespread and very abundant.
