The specimens from Queensland and New South Wales are very close morphologically to the supplementary description of N. anauniensis by Olszanowski (1996) . This species was recorded from Australia by Palmer & Norton (1991) ; ex: litter of Creeping Boobialla, Myoporum parvifolium , Windsor Gardens, Adelaide , South Australia , 34°52'35"S , 138°38'50"E , ca. 50 m . , coll. D. Hirst, 7.ix.1987 (R.A. Norton, personal communication, 2011).
