A, tarsus I; B, tarsus II; C, tarsus III; D, tarsus IV. Legs. Length (from base of trochanter to tip of tarsus): leg I 366 (366–395), leg II 283 (283–328), leg III 330 (330–367), leg IV 377 (377–411). Setae on genua lanceolate, IV longest, length I–IV: 45 (45–55), II 50 (50–62), 57 (57–67), 95, ratio I: II: III: IV= 1.0: 1.1: 1.3 (1.2–1.3): 2.1 (1.7–2.1). Counts of setae and solenidia on legs I–IV: coxae 1a + 2, 1, 2, 2; trochanters 1, 1, 1, 1; femora 4, 3, 2, 1; genua 1 + 1, 1 + 1, 1, 1; tibiae 9 + 1, 8 + 1, 8 + 1, 7 + 1; tarsi 10 + 1, 10 + 1, 8, 8. ADULT MALE. Unknown. Remarks Neophyllobius womersleyi sp. n. resembles N. aegyptium Soliman & Zaher, 1967 in having similar setal numbers on the legs, but can be readily distinguished from the latter because the setae on the genua are lanceolate and the seta on genu IV is the longest.
