LK; (28 XII 2014 - 26 I 2015, 2♂♂, 6♀♀, ex cult.), leg. MW. This species occurs in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan ( Danilevsky 2016 ), where it is widely distributed in both mountain areas and valleys. It is polyphagous on deciduous trees. The larvae feed subcortically on recently dead twigs or branches. Larva overwinters and then it pupates in the wood in the following spring; sometimes the imago overwinters. The adults fly from April to June and feed on flowers, especially those of Cerasus , Prunus , Malus , Pyrus , Rosa , Cotoneaster , Atraphaxis , and Exochorda ( Kadyrov 2007 ).
