Distribution . Japan (Kunashiri Is., Hokkaido , Honshu, and Shikoku); widely distributed in Palearctic region ( Yu et al. , 2016 ). Bionomics . Unknown in Japan . In Europe, some species of Syrphidae ( Diptera ) have been recorded as the host ( Yu et al. , 2016 ).
