Diagnosis.
Body fusiform, gnathosoma large, prodorsal shield with frontal lobe, scapular tubercles ahead of rear shield margin, scapular setae (
sc
) directed inward. Legs І femoral and legs ІІ genual setae absent; tarsal empodium (ω) entire. Coxisternal plates with prosternal apodeme, all coxal and opisthosomal setae present. Opisthosoma with broad dorsal furrow.
Notes.
The genus now has 3 species,
N. bambusae

infesting bamboo.
N. bambusae
and
N. guangxiensis
are associated with unknown species of the genus

Munro. All the species are from south
China
