Description: Female.
Length
0.51 mm
. Head with vertex dusky yellow, gena light brown; eyes and ocelli red. Mandibles dark brown. Antennae with scape, pedicel and club light brown. Mesosoma with pronotum, mesoscutum and scutellum yellowish brown. Gaster uniformly brown with several dark transverse stripes.

) Head slightly broader than long (158: 147), frontal-vertex dusky yellow. Eyes and ocelli reddish, POL about 0.5X as long as OOL, eyes 0.54X height of head, about 2X as long as malar space (80: 38); mandible with tri-denticles. Antennae (

) with scape slightly more than 3X as long as broad (72: 22); pedicel 2X as long as broad (47: 23); 2-anelli present; club 3-segmented (C1, C2 and C3), 3.6X as long as broad (101: 28), C3 longest segment and about as long as scape.

) Fore wings, hyaline, more than 2X as long as broad (464: 213), disc densely setose beyond venation, covering about half of the wing length, marginal fringe long about 1/8 of the wing width. STV rudimentary.

is very close to

Aishan (2015)
but can be separated easily by eyes 0.54X height of head; antennae with scape more than 3X as long as broad; pedicel 2X as long as broad. Fore wings with disc densely setose. [In

, eyes 0.68X height of head; antennae with scape long, about 4.3X as long as wide; pedicel 2.5X as long as wide. Fore wings with disc sparsely setose].
