Diagnosis.
An
Escaryus
species with body length reaching ≥ 4.3 cm; clypeus with large plagulae; labral arc relatively shallow, with denticles long and obtuse; first maxillae with one pair of lappets; forcipular trochanteroprefemur with a small distal denticle, all other articles with very small bulges; 43-55 leg-bearing segments; metasternites with relatively sparse setae; metasternite of the ultimate leg-bearing segment rectangular, ~ 2
x
as long as wide; coxal pores of similar size, on both ventral and lateral sides of coxopleura; anal pores present.
