Diagnosis.
Dark brown to black; face largely black; pronotum and mesopleuron smooth, without striae; first tergite elongate, 2.6–3.0× as long as its posterior width; first sternite with blunt, short projecting hook; ovipositor 4.0× length of hind tibia.

Remarks.
The first tergite of the Vietnamese specimens is about 3.0–3.3× longer than its posterior width, a little more elongate than that of the
