Description.
Shell length to
11.7 mm
(up to
23 mm
according to
Melvill & Standen 1907
); patelliform, low, moderately thick. Apex rolled, located close to posterior margin. Surface white; sculptured with numerous, low radial ribs and prominent growth lines, which produce small beads at their intersections. Aperture ovate, interior white, margin crenulated. Slit closed.
