this species has been collected only in
Rio Grande do Sul
, but it is also recorded from
Argentina
and Florida. Micropterous forms have been recorded with the fore wing about as long as the mid leg (
Wilson 1975
), and male pore plates (
Fig. 114
) are shorter than in
D. hookeri
.
