As described for
Robustagramma uniseta
except as follows.
Male: Body length 1.6–2.0 mm. General color dark brown to black. Frons indistinctly flattened and shiny. Face and lower frons brown to dark brown. Two orbital bristles, anterior bristle 2/3 as long as posterior. Postvertical bristles similar to or slightly shorter than inner occipital bristles. Eye height

.1.8–2.0 times genal height. Preapical palpal bristles slightly shorter than twice maximum width of palpus. Anterior portion of wing lightly infuscated.
Costa
ending near wing apex, extending past R

by 1–2 vein widths. Discal cell with or without a short stump vein M. Mid femur with 5–8 posteroventral bristles on basal half.
Sternite 5 with a row of 8 or 9 conspicuously stout bristles on border line between dark and pale portions, and two linguiform posterolateral flanges; some special scales on flanges. Surstylus relatively narrow in lateral view.
